Reflecting on the first year of the Healthy Parkinson’s Communities™ initiative

Untitled design

Last year, we announced our new Healthy Parkinson’s Communities initiative and began inviting local leaders to join us to make the places we live, work, and play more inclusive and supportive for those living with Parkinson’s.

The pilot year of this initiative was filled with learning, conversations, and new connections. As we reflect on the first 12 months of this work, we are inspired by the passion and commitment we see in the Parkinson’s community to improve the availability of and access to information and resources people need to live well.

In this report, you can learn more about the communities engaging in this work as well as read about key accomplishments and learnings from the last year.
