FAQ

What kind of device do I need to watch the webinars?

You can use any device connected to the internet, including a personal computer, tablet, or phone. You may also use a phone to dial in and listen to the webinar. This will not allow you to see the speakers or participate in the chat, but you will be able to listen to the complete audio of the presentation.

How do I access the sessions?

You will need an application called Zoom to view the sessions. You can download and install Zoom in advance to make watching as smooth as possible.

To do so, click here and then click the blue download button under the Zoom Client forMeetings heading. Once the file named zoom.pkg downloads, click on it and follow the prompts that appear. If you plan to connect on your mobile device or tablet, the Zoom app is available in the App Store and Google Play. Click here to find the app.

I’ve never used Zoom, how does it work?

Once you have downloaded Zoom, you will simply need to click on the link provided in the emails we send you about the webinar. Note that webinar will not be available to open until the time listed as they are produced live.
