Terry Reed

Morrison, Colorado

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2015 at age 60. Stiffness is one of my primary symptoms, and I am a strong believer that exercise is the best therapy, so I work hard to make exercise part of my daily life. One of my biggest challenges is that I have other health issues that overlay my Parkinson’s. Part of the reason I want to get more involved with the Parkinson’s community by becoming an Ambassador for the Foundation is to pass on to others my experience of successfully managing multiple health issues simultaneously. When I’m not learning everything I can about Parkinson’s, you’ll find me spending time with my wife on our bikes.
