Charlotte Juarez

Kingwood, Texas

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in March 2021 at 51, and since then, I’ve been learning a lot along this journey. I try to stay healthy and positive and prioritize taking care of myself mentally, physically, and emotionally.

I became an Ambassador because I want to help others affected by Parkinson’s live well. Whether you’re a person with Parkinson’s, a caregiver, a family member, or a friend, we’re in this together, and it’s so important to have people on a similar path to reach out to when you’re diagnosed.

When I’m not talking to others affected by Parkinson’s, you’ll find me
spending time with family and friends! I also love hiking in our national parks, reading, jigsaw puzzles, and crafting.
