Kayla Ferguson

Grants Program Manager

Kayla joined the Foundation in October 2018 as a program manager, following a journey around the world that included traversing 29 countries between Japan and Peru. She leads our research and community grants program as part of the Foundation’s Community Engagement team, where the most inspiring aspect for her is connecting one-on-one with people at events, listening to their stories about Parkinson’s and life, and forming lifelong friendships. Her role in this community that supports and uplifts one another brings her profound joy and meaning, and her exuberance motivates those around her to take on life with positivity. Kayla’s enthusiasm and ready-to-jump-in spirit is evident in all she does.

When not working, you’ll find Kayla scuba diving, travelling to faraway lands, hosting dinner parties, and playing with her cats.
