Jess Yoss, MM

Event Manager - Community Events

Jess joined the Foundation in early 2023 as its Community Events Manager. With her passion for music, love for animals, and creative spirit, Jess brings a harmonious blend of talents and a deep desire to make a difference to her role.

Jess’s connection to Parkinson’s runs deep. When a close friend tearfully shared her diagnosis with Jess, Jess felt a profound sense of helplessness in the face of limited answers and resources. This personal connection and her family’s experiences with essential tremors ignited her determination to make a difference. When the opportunity to join the Foundation arose, she knew it was her calling.

As the Community Events Manager, Jess is privileged to meet remarkable individuals united by their shared commitment to making a positive impact. She connects people, fosters collaboration, and orchestrates events that unite the Parkinson’s community and its local providers. With unwavering enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help, Jess ensures that our events are engaging, inclusive, and empowering for all.

When Jess isn’t working, you’ll find her caring for her rescued animals, making Christmas crafts and macrame, working in her garden, practicing archery, or playing the bassoon.
