Chris’s career journey took an unexpected turn when he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s at 37. Determined to optimize his well-being, he delved into research on Parkinson’s and discovered ways to manage his symptoms by enhancing his exercise routine. This quest led him to the Davis Phinney Foundation, where he eagerly embraces the opportunity to utilize his expertise as a coach, trainer, writer, and educator to connect individuals with valuable information and resources for living well with Parkinson’s.

Driven by a profound desire to learn and amplify inspiring stories, Chris finds great joy in showcasing the remarkable ways individuals grow, thrive, and live well with Parkinson’s. Their resilience and determination serve as constant inspiration, motivating him to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Chris loves spending time in the ocean, listening to music, and saying hi to ALL the dogs, especially his own pup, Roo.
