How do I submit my story?



Step 1. Please fill out the form to share more about your experience as an allied health provider who works with people with Parkinson’s.



Step 2. Email two photos that we can include with your story: a minimum of one of you doing your work or living well. (Photos must be in .jpg or .png format. One must also be a high-resolution image that is a minimum of 600px wide by 400px tall (landscape orientation) so it can be used for the feature image.) Email them to us at [email protected].
