Dr. Drew Kern - Davis Phinney FoundationDr. Drew Kern works in the Movement Disorders Section of the University of Colorado Department of Neurology as an Assistant Professor. He received his BA and MS in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado and his MD at the University of Vermont. He completed his Internal Medicine internship and Neurology residency at the University of Colorado and served as Chief Resident in his final year.

Following residency, Dr. Kern completed a Movement Disorders fellowship at the University of Toronto. In addition to being an Assistant Professor in the Neurology department, he also serves as the Associate Director of Outpatient Services at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. His research interests include Deep Brain Stimulation and alpha-synuclein in Parkinson’s.
