Erica Borenstein is a mother of two teenage girls and lives in Denver, Colorado. Since 2016, she has been General Counsel of Farmland Partners Inc., a publicly traded farmland real estate investment trust (REIT) headquartered in Denver, CO. From 2008 - 2015, Erica served as the General Counsel and Vice President of International Sales and Distribution of Newton Running Company, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of performance running shoes and apparel based in Boulder, Colorado. From 2001-2007, Erica served as Chief Counsel of the Broadband Services Division for CSG Systems, Inc., a multinational corporation headquartered in Colorado that provides business support systems software and services. Prior to joining CSG Systems, Inc., she worked as an attorney in private practice. Erica has a B.A. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis and a J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. She is a mentor for a high school student at South High School as part of the Denver Kids, Inc. program.
