Virtual Workshop: Sketching for Joy with Lorraine Wilson

sketching for joy

Evidence has shown that engaging in creative pursuits has the potential to decrease anxiety, stress, and mood disturbances and improve psychological and physical well-being. Therefore, in this two-hour sketching workshop, the healing power of the arts will come front and center. You will learn how to sketch, tools to help you deal with difficult emotions, ways you can use sketching to rewrite your stories, and the power of celebrating and sharing your sketching victories. No prior “artistic” experience required. This is a session of play and discovery and all are welcome.

Join us for the workshop on Tuesday, May 25, from 12-2 pm Mountain Daylight Time (11 am PDT, 1 pm CDT, 2 pm EDT). To register, click here. Find a list of supplies needed here.
