The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the workplace giving program of the United States federal government and the largest charitable campaign of its kind in the world.
Fun fact: Executive Order 10927, signed by President John F. Kennedy in 1961, led to the arrangement of the “combined” contribution campaign in 1964 we now know as CFC.
CFC allows federal employees to easily donate tax-deductible gifts through payroll deductions in recurring or one-time contributions. Pledges made by federal civilian, postal and military donors during the campaign season support eligible nonprofit organizations providing valuable health and human service benefits.
The CFC contribution period opened September 9, 2019, and remains open for donation through January 12, 2020. The Davis Phinney Foundation is proud to be a part of the Combined Federal Campaign, with a charity id of #77331.
