The Davis Phinney Foundation and our Virginia partners invite you to join us on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center for a day of inspiration and information from leading movement disorder neurologists and physical therapists. The event is free to attend, but registration is required. The symposium runs from 9:00am – 3:15pm. Lunch and refreshments will be served.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE GREATER RICHMOND CONVENTION CENTER
Transportation and Parking: Attendees are welcome to park at the Greater Richmond Convention Center covered parking garage.The garage costs $6.00 and is attached to the building where the event will be held. Attendees can also choose to park for free at the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield location (accessible from the Staples Mill exit off I-64) and take a free shuttle to/from the Convention Center. Military veterans may also park at McGuire VAMC (1201 Broad Rock Blvd) and take a VAMC bus to the Convention Center. Please contact the Southeast PADRECC at 804-675-6952 for more information or to sign up (seating is limited!).
Volunteers: Are you interested in volunteering for The Victory Summit? We are looking for several dedicated volunteers to help in many different ways, from putting together program bags to handing out lunches to assisting with registration. You are welcome to volunteer for a few hours or for the entire day, and this is a wonderful opportunity to get hands-on experience helping people with Parkinson’s disease to live well.
